To use Crea42, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By accessing or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a business, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

By using Crea42, you agree to take responsibility for the information, content, and materials you submit to the platform. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Any ideas, projects, descriptions, creative works, or other content you submit to Crea42 remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over what you create or share.

By submitting content to the platform, you grant Crea42 a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. This does not transfer ownership or grant us the right to sell or license your content to third parties.

Crea42 reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that is harmful, illegal, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or that are used in a manner that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

We will act reasonably and proportionately in exercising this right and will endeavour to notify affected users where appropriate.

Crea42 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms, applicable laws, platform policies, or the safety and integrity of the platform. Such action may be taken without prior notice where circumstances require it.

Users may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting us at join@crea42.com. Upon deletion, certain information may be retained where required by law, for security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business obligations.

Crea42 is a pre-launch platform. The features, functionality, and structure of the platform may change over time as we develop and improve the product.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to users in advance.

Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Crea42 is a platform for connection and discovery. We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in funding, investment, partnerships, collaborations, or the success of any project or business.

We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the conduct, capabilities, or representations of any user, investor, mentor, or collaborator on the platform.

Any agreements, arrangements, or transactions entered into between users are solely between those parties. Crea42 is not a party to such arrangements and accepts no liability for their outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crea42, Aegis Hub, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Crea42 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, successful partnerships, funding opportunities, business outcomes, or project success.

Certain features, services, memberships, subscriptions, educational content, mentorship programmes, or premium tools may require payment in the future.

Any applicable fees, billing terms, subscription conditions, refund policies, and payment requirements will be clearly disclosed before a purchase is completed. You will never be charged without your explicit consent.

Payment processing may be handled through trusted third-party payment providers. Crea42 does not store full payment card information on its own systems unless explicitly stated.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Aegis Hub and the jurisdiction in which the company is legally registered, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Any disputes relating to the use of the platform shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels within the applicable jurisdiction. We encourage users to contact us directly at join@crea42.com before initiating any formal proceedings, as many concerns can be resolved informally.
